Arlington

Walk through the corn and bean fields near Arlington and you will find bits of unforgetable history - like billiard balls, spoons, and whiskey jugs - of lives and business long gone.  Orginally known as "Lost Grove" during the early 1900's it was one of the fastest growing towns during the local coal boom, until the Cherry Mine Disaster, after that the population began to decline.  Mayor Michael Kennedy renamed Lost Grove in remembrance of his hometown of Arlington, New York..
